Why won’t my garage door open or close properly?

This could be due to issues with the garage door opener, misaligned sensors or broken springs. Holding down the open button for 5+ seconds will bypass the sensors and allows you to check if that was the issue. A broken spring will be visible most times and will overload the opener causing it to flash a couple times. Feel free to send us a picture and we can help you virtually or provide you with a quote if parts are required.

Can I repair my garage door myself?
